Fìkh We-1v Wěm has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 8°C (46°F). Fìkh We-1v Wěm receives an average of 271 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Fìkh We-1v Wěm covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 7660 m (-17818 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fìkh We-1v Wěm was founded durring the early 11th century, by Ochocula Ênka. The establishment of Fìkh We-1v Wěm suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Fìkh We-1v Wěm which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh We-1v Wěm is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad paverstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Unfortuantly, these peasent-grade are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm is a bustling hive of activity. Everyone moves at nothing short of a jog, each convocation is a mile a minute, and there’s dedicated lanes for riding through town in the center of each street. The locals all appear to be not merely occupied, but in a true hurry for everything from drinking a pint of ale to their daily work.

Fìkh We-1v Wěm possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Fìkh We-1v Wěm's grid is powered by a direct leyline tap.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Fìkh We-1v Wěm which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is skipped in Fìkh We-1v Wěm.
The Cloud Dragon, Wyrmling near Fìkh We-1v Wěm are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Fìkh We-1v Wěm's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 1 via singing.
